 After filing an application with the Ukrainian Intellectual Property Institute, the trademark registration procedure begins, which includes determining the date of filing an application, formal examination, and quality examination.

Length of the trademark registration process

• Standard trademark registration procedure lasts 18-24 months.
• Accelerated trademark registration procedure lasts 7.5-8 months.

   Standard and accelerated registration procedures are carried out according to the same rules and are absolutely identical. The difference between them is only in terms of time and cost.
